Main Engineering Software:

ISG – VESCO utilizes the most advanced softwires for process simulation, 3D modelling heat exchanger and pressure vessels calculation, steel structure design, piping stress analysis & able to comply client requirements.

Fabrications & Construction:

ISG Fabrication & Construction department is fully equipped to provide a reliable control and supervision of fabrication and construction activities at vendor workshops or at site. Dedicated tools are used for planning and monitoring of the construction of skids, modules or plants in order to ensure safe, timely and effective quality.
Construction activities include materials management, site supervision for fabrication of, steel structure and piping spools, equipment installation, piping and valves installation, painting and insulation activities, electrical and instrumentation works, NDT/NDE.
All projects are built around a company HSE management system and all ISG – VESCO employees are required to be committed to the achievement of HSE objectives as an integral part of their work. HSE commitment begins in engineering design and continues throughout the life cycle of the project.
